Impact Planning

I bring expertise in developing practical, robust and sustainable systems and processes to help you capture, analyse, learn and make evidence-informed decisions that help organisations measure real impact and guide their strategy with confidence.

I have extensive hands-on experience working with a range of charities and funders evaluating programmes, building practical, user-friendly outcomes frameworks and theory of change models that truly make a difference. This background means I understand not just the theory, but how to tailor it to make it work for your organisation.

Rewilding Britain -  Created the charity’s first impact framework to accompany their 25-30 strategy, an outcomes framework to accompany their EEDI strategy and embedded learning and reflection across the organisation by creating new processes for project groups and quarterly programme review meetings and updating the board report template so that it has a learning and insights focus.

National Institute for Health and Care Research - Getting Research Infrastructure schemes evaluation ready by creating Theories of Change and MEL plans.

National Lottery Heritage Fund - Created a Theory of Change and evaluation framework to accompany their 2033 Heritage strategy.
